Ingredients

Rosemary Syrup
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of white sugar
Wintersleep
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • fresh rosemary

Step by Step Instructions

Rosemary Syrup
Step 1
In a small pot add 2 cups of water and add in 1 full packet or 3 large bunches of rosemary
Step 2
Cook over medium heat, let herbs simmer for approximately 5 minutes
Step 3
In a jar, add 1 cup of white sugar
Step 4
Strain 1.5 cups of the herb water into a measuring cup and add 1.5 cups of herb water to the jar.
Wintersleep
Step 1
In a white wine stem glass pour in 1 tbsp of the rosemary syrup you just made.
Step 2
Add sparkling water and stir.
Step 3
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Note
Rosemary syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month.
