- small amount of water approx. ¼ cup
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 large pinch of thyme
- ¼-½ tsp of granulated garlic or 2 fresh cloves garlic peeled and pounded
- 1 handful fresh dill chopped (no stems)
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
