Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tahini paste
  • 2-4 tbsp coconut milk
  • ½ cup soaked dates
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • juice from 2 fresh lemons
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • sprinkle of turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz.
Step 2
Scrape out all ingredients into a bowl and using your hands roll into a balls
Step 3
Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning to your taste if needed
Step 4
Roll into 12 two-bite balls
Step 5
Allow to sit in the fridge for 30min to firm up
