Ingredients

Thyme Syrup
  • 1 full packet or 3 large bunches of thyme herbs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups water
Cinnamon Syrup
  • 5 medium cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
No Resolutions!
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp thyme simple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon simple syrup
  • 2 oz faux Bourbon

Step by Step Instructions

Thyme Syrup
Step 1
In a small pot add 2 cups of water and add in 1 full packet or 3 large bunches of thyme herbs
Step 2
Over medium heat let herbs simmer for approx 5 minutes
Step 3
In a jar, add 1 cup of white sugar
Step 4
Strain 1.5 cups of the herb water into a measuring cup
Step 5
Add 1.5 cups of her water to the jar
Step 6
Stir until sugar is melted and liquid is clear
Cinnamon Syrup
Step 1
In a small pot add 3 cups of water and add in 5 medium cinnamon sticks
Step 2
Over medium heat let cinnamon simmer for approx 5 minutes
Step 3
In a jar, add 1 cup of brown sugar
Step 4
Strain 1.5 cups of the cinnamon water into a measuring cup and add 1.5 cups of cinnamon water to the jar
Step 5
Stir until sugar is melted and liquid is clear
No Resolutions!
Step 1
In a glass, add ice, 2 oz orange juice, 2 Tbsp thyme simple syrup, 2 Tbsp cinnamon simple syrup and 2 oz faux Bourbon
Step 2
Top with an orange wheel  
Note
  • Thyme syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month
  • Cinnamon syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month
