Step 1
In a large mixing bowl whisk all the wet ingredients together and set aside

In another large bowl mix all the dry ingredients
Step 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well. A few lumps are okay but they should be well mixed. You can add a bit more milk if the batter is too thick. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a large skillet or frying pan on medium heat spray with nonstick spray . Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and let cook until bubbles form on the top (1-2 min) then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Taste for spices, if you don’t taste them, add what’s missing.
Note
Serve warm with a light drizzle of maple syrup, fresh fruit or fruit compote
