Ingredients

  • 1 cup large flake rolled oats or old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • â…“ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and ground ginger (each to taste)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. The mixture should feel damp but not wet.
Step 3
Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie tray or oven safe baking dish.
Step 4
Bake at 375 F on the middle rack of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup and 1 tbsp of non-dairy unsweetened yogurt.
