Roasted Cauliflower:
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 1 tbsp liquid coconut oil
- 1 tbsp semi soft coconut oil
- ½ tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp rubbed thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 3 small sweet potatoes halved
- 2 med potatoes cut into chunks
- 5 heirloom carrots
- ½ of a leek cut into 1" chunks
- ½ tbsp wholegrain mustard
- ½ tsp honey dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt & black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
