Cinnamon Syrup
Step 1
In a small pot add 3 cups of water and add in 5 medium cinnamon sticks
Step 2
Over medium heat let cinnamon simmer for approx 5 minutes
Step 3
In a jar, add 1 cup of brown sugar
Step 4
Strain 1.5 cups of the cinnamon water into a measuring cup and add 1.5 cups of cinnamon water to the jar
Step 5
Stir until sugar is melted and liquid is clear
Caribbean Christmas
Step 1
In a shaker cup add all ingredients for the Caribbean Christmas (coconut milk, cinnamon syrup and faux rum). Shake well together.
Step 2
Pour over a rocks glass and top with cinnamon stick

Cinnamon syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month
